CKD-REIN (Chronic Kidney Disease - Epidemiology and Information Network Nephrology) is a cohort study, multidisciplinary, conducted on a representative sample of 3600 patients with chronic kidney disease followed in nephrology. It aims to study the impact 'of? A set of psychosocial, environmental, genetic, or related to clinical practice and their interactions on the prognosis of the disease and its complications. One of the most innovative aspects of the project is to follow the progression of kidney disease before and after starting dialysis patients supported in a wide variety of nephrology consultations spread over the whole French territory. 

Patient recruitment began in July 2013. We want to put a up a website to various project stakeholders (patients, health professionals, study partners).
